Association Ma’onah welcomes the outcomes of the first annual meeting of the General Assembly of the Yemeni Community in New York, which approved the partnership program between the community and the Association to serve the Yemeni American community.

Association Ma’onah for Human Rights and Immigration welcomed the outcomes of the first annual meeting of the General Assembly of the Yemeni community in New York, in which the existing partnership program between the community and the association was approved. The meeting was held on the afternoon of Saturday, May 25, 2024 AD for the purpose of discussing the issues of the Yemeni community and reviewing and evaluating what was accomplished during the year. The past since the election of the new leadership of the community, in the presence of the president and members of the administrative body of the community and members of the General Assembly of the community and partner non-governmental organizations, in the Al-Waha Events Hall in the Bronx, and at the meeting, lawyer Muhammad Ali Allaw, head of the Maonah Association for Human Rights and Immigration, gave a speech to the non-governmental organizations. The president of the association reviewed and read the report of the community and the association on the activities of the community leadership that it implemented during the past year in partnership between the community and the association, and the report received the support and support of those present.
