Yemen is highly vulnerable to climate change-related impacts such as drought, extreme flooding, sudden disease outbreaks, pests, changes in rainfall patterns, increased storm frequency and severity, and sea level rise, all of which threaten the country's already fragile state. These factors have severe negative impacts on the entire population, as well as key vulnerable sectors within the country.
