Commenting on the decision to open an international judicial investigations

Commenting on the decision to open an international judicial investigations into the "terrorist" crimes that occurred in Yemen during the crisis from the Human Rights Council .........,,the Global Alliance campaign for the formation of a special criminal court for crimes of terrorism in Yemen and the coalition "partners" value this UN resolution to open terrorism files internationally, and they consider in response to repeated appeals, and demand the Yemeni government for the immediate implementation of the resolution. The press release issued today by the coalition of civil society organizations "partners" and Coordinator of the Global Alliance Campaign for the formation of a special criminal court for crimes of terrorism in Yemen: they welcomed warmly the issuance of the report of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on Yemen, who visited Yemen in the period from December 20 to 27, 2011m, which all of its recommendations were approved in the (19) session of the United Nations human rights Council in Geneva on March 21, 2012, where the recommendation stated - b – from the following: "to promote an open international transparent investigations in the terrorist crimes, "the statement said that they consider this international consensus through the approval of this recommendation as a response to its repeated appeals in this matter, and they ask the Yemeni government to implement this decision immediately. Because this decision is in the interests of the country and its citizens through international transparent investigations, which will reveal the masks for those involved in all the terrorism crimes committed during the crisis of Yemen and they will be prosecuted with international and domestic partnership at the same time. The coalition asks of all local and international organizations and all the sons of Yemeni society to stand up with what would create a spirit of justice and the establishment of the principle of punishing the criminals who will prove their involvement in the terrorism crimes and the loss of innocent lives.
