- Contribute to the promotion of respect for human rights and democracy, and combat corruption.
- Assist in monitoring and supporting developments in justice, sustainable development, and good governance.
- Support the rights of children and youth, empower women, help address forms of violence still practiced against women, and ensure equal treatment of men and women before the law.
- Coordinate efforts to establish partnerships with the government to provide advice on developing national legislation and mechanisms related to justice, development, and human rights.
- Contribute to strengthening civil society and expanding rural activities.
- Provide legal aid and assistance to victims of human rights violations, defend the rights of migrants (expatriates and arrivals), refugees, minorities, and vulnerable and marginalized groups in society.
- Help create an equal civil society that respects human rights, without any racial discrimination based on religion, sect, nationality, origin, tribe, language, gender, age, or physical disability.
- Contribute to raising government and community awareness to create equal social opportunities for minorities and marginalized groups.
- Monitor, observe, and support the development of the democratic process and encourage it by all possible means.
